3) Manual material feeding,two oil cylinder will give a powerful pressure(16MPa) on the bricks, finally the lower pressing head will lift up and the bricks will be push out.
4)Can be easily operated by untrained labour.
5)One machine can produce different kinds of interlocking bricks by changing moulds. When building, just connect them together.
6)The mould use precise wire cutting to reduce error and carburizing heat treatment to prolong its service life.
FL1-20 clay Brick Machine can be suitable to the customers who have any kinds of existing cement working sites, and the consumption of pallets can be saved.
It uses sand, water, gravel and cement as raw material, and can be added with fly ash, slag, steel slag,coal gangue, perlite and other industrial refuse.
