      This is one of our high-end Concrete Block Making Machine. During producing, it no need pallets and stacking up right away. so you can save cost on pallets, labours on stacking and also the land for curring. So it is a very good option and trend  in development.

    1.The vibration modling of the machine adopts multi-vibration source stepless speed change, which makes the vibration source overlap with the mold, and separate the outsdie  by gas suspension. the final result is that all the vibration force will be transmitted to the mold box , and the other parts of the equipment  can be effectively protected.

2.Becasue of the moisture content of  the concrete is  reduced by 30-40% compared with the general dry-hard concrete, it will reduce the material  distribution time .and our company also developed  a new material feeding box ,which improve the material distribution, and guarantee the deviation ±2%. the finished block has high density and strength , can be cuber directly .

3.This machine can remove  the cost of tradition block pallet , and also don't need the block elevator , block conveyor , stacker and son on . the whole line  can also save 6-8 workers . it will reduce  the block manufacturing cost .
