1.Mature and efficient vibration system to ensure the compactness of the product
2.Electromechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic synchronous drive control, the height error of the same pallet product is very small.
3.The computer controls the supply of materials to ensure uniform feeding
4.The starting speed is fast, the molding pressure is large, the vibration damping time is short, and the molding cycle is effectively shortened.
5.The equipment has a short molding cycle and a large product compactness, which can realize instant palletizing, save pallets, and effectively reduce customer investment costs.
Hydraulic system 1. we use Taiwan Cylyca hydraulic valve and paddle pump
2. Double proportional valve design can adjust both oil pressure and flow automaticlly
3. Water cooling system ensure oil temperater lower than 60 degree
Vibration system 1. for the vibration system, we use eccentric blocks and synchronization gears to make sure high vibration force ad less electricity power consumption
2.vibration box is using casting material, in case of oil leakage.
3. using frequency motor make the vibration platform high frequency and lower amplitude, so the platform vibration is more stable and lower noise
4. the syncronization gears use 45# steel and processed by heat treatment .
Feeding system 1.feeding teeth is Q235 manganese steel and can use long life-time
2. the assembled feeding teeth can 360 degree rotating will re-mix the raw material evenly and be easy to maintain
3.feeding box adopt double pulleys and pressing spring to prevent from scattering materials
Control system 1. Siemens 7" color touching screen

3. Artificial intelligence interface design
4. convenient -type aviation plug , easy to install the electric system and hydraulic system
5. there is frequency conveter in PLC control box . it can protect th motors from unstable voltage.
